The room is tasteful with carpet, also they can offer wake-up service. Plus, the location is great, minutes from a shopping mall. It offers FRIENDLY services. They have downstairs bar, great parking and good pool.

no lift available for garden rooms, internet for 490 thb a day.....a shame !! should be free of charge ! Want to have one bed and not 2, this requirement was NOT professional processed by lobby staff.

The location of the hotel is one of the best things about the hotel. Located near the shopping areas and Walking Street. The room has all the basic amenities that one would require and I was very happy about that.

Few things I did not like about the hotel. a) They do not allow massage inside the room while many other hotels nearby do allow that. b) The wi-fi is too expensive. They charge 17Bhat per minute, whereas it is just about 10bhat for 30 minutes in the cafes nearbye. c) I was put in a separate building where there was no lift. This was not mentioned to me while I booked the hotel. Imagine going with your luggage, etc to the 3rd floor without a lift. I will never stay in this hotel again!

location is good. the rate is also ok

Unfriendly staff at the restaurant; service during breakfast was extremely bad. we needed to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and sometimes they forgot. I felt all staff in the restaurant were over-worked and exhausted. Hence very unfriendly

Excellent pools & associated surrounding facilities. We enjoyed the breakfasts & restaurant facilities. For lunch & dinner, the restaurant was very quiet. Obviously people were eating elsewhere. Staff were generally very good. The room was clean, but not perfect. Position in Pattaya was excellent as far as we were concerned. Central Festival Plaza was big attraction for shopping & food.

Strongly recommend for families with kids

Two pools that kids can really enjoy and a nice range of activities for them. The breakfast was just very nice full of different options that everyone in the family could find something to eat.

Yeah it wasn't cheap but for the memories we made it was acceptable.
